Facebook Home Search

Our latest feature is a home search Facebook app that ties in your IDX search, your active listings and your website into your Facebook business page. It installs into your Facebook business page in minutes and ties in your Facebook traffic with your website, IDX home search and your active listings. Map Search

Our map based search feature is very popular because it opens up as a full window search and allows you to see all property listings overlayed on a Google map. You can also view all the property details by clicking on the listing pin which them pops up the detailed information for that listing.

Full-Sized Slideshow Photos

On our IDX property details pages, we offer an auto-sizing javascript slideshow that display the largest photos available in the MLS.

Quick Search

The Quicksearch feature allows you to provide a quick search form on your website. It can be completely customized to meet you needs and is available in a horizontal format as well as a sidebar format

Slideshow Results Display

This feature allows you to present any search results you want in a slideshow format for publishing on your website. It comes in three different sizes, 800 x 533 pixels, 474 x 316 pixels and 250 x 166 pixels so you can place this where ever you have room.

You can use the fast forward or rewind controls in the upper left of the slideshow to quickly browse through the slides and you can click on a slide to see the property details for that listing. Slideshow text and underlying panels can be use whatever colors you would like.

Custom Searches

With PhotoToursIDX you can have custom search links that allow for some very specific custom searches. For example, one of our clients has a custom search link for all beachfront property in the Santa Barbara Area. Click here to see this custom search link

PhotoToursIDX can be used to display only the listings for a particular agent or office. This feature is popular because it allows agents and offices to display their listings on their website and all they have to do is enter the listings into the MLS and that will then appear on the agents website

Available only on PhotoToursIDX Enhanced, our lead capture system is a complete feature rich lead capture system. The lead capture system provides for the very useful IDX features like saving favorites, saving searches and new listing email notifications all of which require that your website visitor regsiter with you so that you can follow-up with them.

IDX sub-domain

Our Enhanced IDX comes with an optional sub-domain setup that can really help you Search Engine Optimization (SEO), because all of the IDX listing content is credited to your sub-domain. When this feature is combined with our IDX sitemap you should see great search engine visability.

Setting this up is easy, you just choose a sub-domain of you choice and point this to our nameservers and we do the rest. For example lets say your primary domain is sbrealtyagent.com, you would then choose a sub-domain like propertysearch.sbrealtyagent.com and point your DNS nameservers to our server and thats it!.

This feature goes hand in hand with our sub-domain feature. Usually this is a link that you place on the bottom of your your website that is primarily for use by the search engines to make it easy for them to index and give you credit for all your IDX content.
